Club Manager – Mark Leonard
Using my love for health and fitness I have gone into teaching. As a Personal Trainer I have worked with individuals and groups of people to help them with their fitness and nutrition goals. I have trained novices wanting to lose weight, tone up and improve their fitness. As well as working with more experienced athletes to help them maintain a high level of fitness and improve strength.

“I have always had a real passion for fitness and have converted that into a job I love.
I enjoy supporting the fitness journey, whether that be working as a gym instructor in a variety of classes or as a Personal Trainer setting realistic, attainable goals via challenging training sessions and offering nutritional guidance.
I love making sessions hard but fun and varied, taking classes such as circuits, cardio step, HIIT, toning and boxfit as well as hosting youth team training sessions.
In Personal Training I have experience working with a range of clients and thrive when I see clients improve and increase in confidence and achieve their goals and belief in their ability.
